Limas Raga Inti is a LPG agent and Pertamina's oil distributor. The company was founded in 1972 and currently one of the renowned agent in Bandung. From their HQ in Emong Street, they are able to deliver their products inside Bandung and its greater area. They have received many awards at the national scale for their excellence service.

To maintain their excellency, Limas needs to keep innovate and work efficiently. One problem that kept them from going forward is the lack of ability to monitor their operational. Tracking hundreds of transactions is not an easy task. They need a platform to monitor all of it in real time.

One thing that we are all agree from the very first meeting is the goal of the project itself. It is not about instant profits. It is about data collection, which The Board can use to make better strategic decisions. Better decisions will improve business performance and the quality of employees work. We always keep in mind to create a system which will benefits everyone inside the company.

Tracking hundreds of transactions in real time is not an easy task. Fortunately, technology is here to help.

We agreed to create a monitoring system to solve this problem. As the discussion goes on, we are able to see a possibility to enhance the system even further. We can create a companion app for the drivers and delivery app for the customers using the very same data from this system.

We believe a companion app for drivers can be a great addition to the system. It helps syncs the real time conditions as drivers are the one that makes the transaction happens. It also means that we can track their movements and pin it inside a digital maps that we made in the system. Admin can monitorize their situation to make sure that the drivers have a good journey until they reach their destination. This will improve the operational of Limas to a degree they can never achieve before. For a little incentive on the driver's part, we put a button that we hope never in their life they ever need to push: a Panic Button.

Now, why we need a customer app? We imagine it can boost Limas's brand to a whole new level. Limas will be the only company in the industry that have their own app. Customer can order their product, track the order, see history, and read a Limas-related news on their phone. It will be just like GoFood or GrabFood, but instead of food, it will be a LPG that delivered to their door. The monitoring system will provide all the data we need for the app.

While we are at the discussion of how technology can help them, we also offered a service to create a company profile as they currently does not have one. We partnered with Fukuro, an established creative studio in Bandung, to shoot day-to-day operations of Limas. Their pictures are astonishing, but the most thing that captivating our eyes is an epic video that they made which can be seen there.

Although we can not say in number of how much this system has been a help, we have been received positive feedbacks especially from Admin. It keeps their work more organized than before and reducing paperwork for sure. As a last note, we are glad that Limas has been cooperative as our client in this project and we wish them all the best for the future.
